I've always been bothered with the Bloggers navigation bar and it felt really complicated in the beginning but fortunately i have found an easier way to remove blogger blogspot navigation bar. Consider it a gift from me to you. Poor old Blogger gets a bad wrap, namely because people do not know how to manipulate it. On your Dashboard, select Layout. . All you need to do is add the following CSS to your template under edit HTML.
