Google Webmaster Tools is a great resource for any site owner. It?s designed to inform webmasters about how Google bot is interacting with their website. It gives detailed information on broken links, popular keywords and how often Google is stopping by. Most of webmaster questions can be answer if you know what goggle tools are trying to tell you. 1. Getting Started

Head over to Google Webmaster Tools and type your URL into the text input box. Make sure that you precede it with ?www? if you intend to set that as your preference later on, because Google won?t allow you to upload a site map if your domain here doesn?t match your preferred domain later.
